Steamed Thai mud crab with uni rice

海胆青蟹荷叶饭 

This signature dish celebrates the natural sweetness of the sea through a refined balance of Thai mud crab, premium uni and fragrant Thai jasmine rice, gently steamed within a traditional lotus leaf. 

The lotus leaf infusion enhances the aroma while preserving moisture, allowing the rich creaminess of the uni and the delicate sweetness of fresh crab to blend seamlessly.

Braised premium fresh abalone

极品红烧鲜鲍 

Silver Waves presents premium fresh abalone, slow-braised for over four hours in a deeply layered master stock of Chinese ham, chicken feet, pork skin and dried seafood. 

This meticulous slow cooking develops a sauce that is rich, naturally sweet and intensely umami, allowing the abalone to become exceptionally tender while fully absorbing the essence of the broth. 

A true expression of classic Cantonese luxury and craftsmanship. 

Imperial seafood fried rice with spinach

海鲜皇翡翠炒饭 

A refined interpretation of a beloved classic, this fried rice begins with perfectly wok-tossed jasmine rice, elevated by fresh spinach juice and an assortment of premium seafood.

Premium Dalian sea cucumber is delicately filled with finely minced shrimp paste, then lightly coated in egg white batter and deep-fried to achieve a crisp exterior while maintaining a tender interior.
