Chef Alex Mo is an internationally recognized Executive Dim Sum Chef with over 20 years of experience in authentic Cantonese dim sum. Professionally trained in Guangdong, the birthplace of dim sum culture, he is known for refined dough craftsmanship, balanced flavors, and elegant presentation.
